The Refuge is a Life Group in Alma, Arkansas.  We have a very laid back atmosphere with the average meeting consisting of dinner, good conversation, and a Bible study.  We typically meet every other Tuesday evening during the school year and maintain a calendar on this website that you can sync with your phone or you can subscribe via eventbrite so that you receive reminder emails and maps to that week's meeting.  We usually have child care available.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  Visit our "about" page to learn more about our group.  We hope to see you soon!

Kids are gathered around the campfire listening to Kolby Cox sing worship music.  Each year after the hay rides, games, and food we gather around the fire to listen to music and have a good chat.

Each year in October, we have an event called "Fire on the Mountain" held on Cartwright Mountain just above Lake Fort Smith State Park.  There is a lot of food, fun, and fellowship.  It's a big family event we look forward to each fall.
